Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your RITE. account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and the printed RMA slip is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
